As we close the 2025–2026 school year, OneSchool Global (OSG) North America is thankful to our educators for their outstanding commitment and successes.
From supporting students academically to leading extracurricular programs and embracing innovative approaches to learning, OSG educators continued to go above and beyond for their students.
Our teachers are super supportive
Beyond the classroom, teachers helped lead OSG’s extensive Extended Learning Programs, encouraging students to expand their skillsets through activities including public speaking competitions, debates, STEM fairs, Math-a-thons, Design Ad-Venture challenges, Senior Exhibition projects, and the award-winning “Perfect Pitch” initiative.
Between August 2025 and May 2026 alone, our educators delivered over 7,000 tutorials, averaging around 45 sessions each school day.
“The staff at OneSchool Global set a remarkable standard,” said Jonathon Borys, OSG North America Regional Director of Education.
“Their commitment to student achievement, growth, and to one another is evident in everything they do. They provide strong academic support during lessons, the study, and scheduled tutorials. They take a genuine interest in coaching students, collaborating with colleagues, and investing in their own professional growth.”
“What makes their contributions especially meaningful is their shared understanding of teamwork regardless of role or title. They work closely with fellow staff and parents to ensure we provide the very best for our students. These staff bring their best every single day, and they deserve recognition for the profound difference they make. I am honored to be part of such an exceptional team.”
Our teachers go above and beyond
There are many ways to say thank you and show appreciation. One of OSG’s favourite ways to send kudos across North America is with the Above and Beyond Commendations (ABCs). By filling out a quick form, this program provides a timely way for parents, students and staff to give a hand for a job well done!
The impact is deeply felt across our North American school community. This year, more than 12,000 Above and Beyond Commendations were sent, containing recognition for extraordinary dedication and support. Nearly 5,000 of these commendations were sent by students!
OSG teachers are tech savvy
Teachers at OneSchool do more than jump on a Zoom link to digitally connect with their students across North America. With Canvas as the key integrating platform, OneSchool students benefit from our staff utilising platforms such as Microsoft 365, Bookings, OneNote, Kami, Britanica Education, Turnitin, cidilabs, Microsoft Copilot, IXL, Canva and more! OneSchool teachers remain on the cutting-edge of sound practices that incorporate technology into learning every day.
OSG teachers bridge the distance gaps
OneSchool’s staff branched out beyond their home campuses too. In August, all staff came together in Boston from six countries for North America’s All Staff Meeting for two action-packed days of events and team-building activities. This included OSG’s first-ever Pedagogy Playground where staff were immersed in learning opportunities to take back to their campus.
Throughout the school year, teachers and leaders travelled across North America, helping connections come to life. Hundreds of campus visits gave staff the opportunity to teach alongside colleagues, share best practices and build meaningful relationships across the region.
Face-to-Face Days helped build stronger connections too, as staff and students visited other OSG campuses across North America for learning adventures like no other.
OSG teachers are dedicated
Collectively, our North American staff represent more than 820 years of service and dedication to education across OSG. Many have remained part of the organisation for decades and more keep joining the team!
This school year alone, OSG welcomed 38 new staff members, each joining a collaborative teaching environment built around student-centered learning and collaborative excellence.
This school year, sixteen of OSG’s staff used the Bursary Program to continue their education and grow into the next generation of leaders. The instructional peer coaching program at OneSchool also provided a dynamic way for teachers to receive supportive strategies to help them thrive.
Thank you all
Behind every tutorial, campus visit, degree earned and student success story this year was an educator who invested their time, expertise and support to their students. As the school year concludes, we thank every teacher and leader whose dedication helped make this year such a success.
