Rachel Beyer, Global Director of Teaching and Learning (Primary) at OneSchool Global has been recognised across three major international award programs, marking a significant moment in her career and for OneSchool Global.
Rachel was named a finalist in the Education Resources Awards (Leadership in Education), awarded Platinum winner at the Titan Awards (Outstanding Female in Education & Mentorship) and received a Silver honour at the Noble Business Awards (Outstanding Leadership in Education).
The recognition reflects her influence on student experience and organisational culture, particularly in the areas of wellbeing, consistency of practice and staff capability. Colleagues say her leadership has reshaped expectations across campuses. One senior staff member described her as “a steadying presence who brings clarity when it is most needed”.
Her work has focused on strengthening early‑intervention approaches and building confidence among campus teams. Leaders note that her contribution is both strategic and practical, with visible impact on how students engage with learning and support.
Matt Phillips, OSG’s Global Head of Education, said Rachel’s recognition was richly deserved. “Rachel’s leadership is anchored in a simple but powerful idea – getting it right in primary shapes success in secondary school and life beyond,” he said. “Her clarity of purpose and commitment to coherence have lifted the standard for everyone.”
Rachel said the awards highlight the collective effort behind the school’s progress. “These honours reflect the work of many people who show up for students every day,” she said. “It is a privilege to be part of a team that believes in doing things well.”
The awards place her among a select group of global recipients recognised for advancing excellence in education and student support.
