Two students from OneSchool Global’s Melton campus have been recognised for their outstanding academic performance at the Premier’s Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) Awards. These awards recognise the top-performing students in the state for their exceptional achievements during the 2025 VCE.
At an award presentation ceremony held in Melbourne on 21 July, approximately 300 students were presented with study awards for scoring 46 or above out of 50 in a particular subject, recognising the leading academic performers in the state.
The two OneSchool Global students, Alanah and Zara, were the state’s top performers for Vocational Education and Training (VET) Business, a subject in which students at the school have consistently excelled in recent years.
Frank Vetere, Regional Principal at OneSchool Global, said the awards were testament to the school’s innovative learning approach and the dedication of both students.
“This recognition is extremely well-deserved for Zara and Alanah. They have both studied extremely hard and bring a positive, inquisitive attitude to the classroom every day. Having two award winners in this elite group of Victorian students also highlights the benefits of our innovative approach to education that prepares students to be life-ready.”
Mr Vetere also said quality teaching was key to the academic success of both students.
“At OneSchool Global, our teachers are fully invested in the success of their students. Their depth of knowledge and ability to meaningfully connect with students plays a significant part in the strong results we see year after year.”
Congratulations Alanah and Zara. We are very proud of you!
