OneSchool Global Gothenburg is located just a few blocks south of Lake Helen in a small town known for being a stop for the Pony Express. It is conveniently located off the Interstate 80 halfway between Kearney and North Platte. We are nestled between the Nebraska sandhills and the Platte River. While the weather in Nebraska can be extreme—with summers being very hot and winters exceptionally cold—our area is still known for all kinds of outdoor activities.
OneSchool Global has provided great technology advantages for their students. Each student at the Gothenburg Campus has an individual laptop and can join via Zoom Room in many of their classes. The technology support is exceptional, aiding our students and teachers abundantly. All students are housed in one building, with individual classrooms, flexible seating spaces, and a large Learning Center. Our students here in Gothenburg enjoy a great outdoor lawn space, playground, and gym for recess and PE activities.
A peaceful and inviting culture is what the Gothenburg Campus is all about. Students and staff here appreciate the small things in life and try to enjoy all the opportunities that OneSchool Global has to offer. The community is exceptionally supportive and always willing to lend a hand, whether that be updating the kitchen, serving as a lunch monitor, or scooping snow. Everyone helps everyone here. In all, the Gothenburg Campus is an encouraging place to work and learn.
While the Gothenburg Campus may not have many staff on-site, they work together as a team to provide top-notch assistance for the students. The students here are exceedingly kind and creative, which makes it a joy to work with them. With technology capabilities and professional development opportunities, OneSchool Global really is a fantastic place to work.
