Students at our Hindhead campus in the UK have raised £1,000 for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
The student leadership team organised a series of initiatives to raise vital funds for Naomi and Jack’s, based near Winchester in Hampshire.
Over the last two terms, they worked to organise events including cake sales and a winter market, which has helped to raise £1,000 to be donated.
Naomi and Jack’s support over 600 families in central southern England, providing a home-from-home for children and young adults, offering specialist nursing, care, play, and family support for those with some of the most complex medical needs.
Jackie Benn, a representative from Naomi and Jack’s, visited the school to receive the donation cheque.
Jackie said, “It was a real pleasure to visit OSG Hindhead, meet the team and thank the students for their hard work.
“We are very grateful to everyone involved and for their efforts. Support like this is vital to help us continue to be there for hundreds of families from across the south of England when they need us most. Donations like this help to create lasting memories and enable families to spend precious time together.”
