OneSchool Global’s Northwich campus, located in Gadbrook Park in the UK opened its doors last September and is nearing the end of its first full academic year, with the campus supporting more than 100 students from Year 3 to Year 13.
To celebrate this milestone, Mid-Cheshire MP, Mr Andrew Cooper, was welcomed to the campus by senior leaders from OSG and members of the Student Leadership Team.
The students led a tour of the campus and explained our unique Learning to Learn Framework, where students are positioned at the centre of the learning process, developing life-ready skills.
During the visit, Mr Cooper had a first-hand glimpse at the campus’ learning centres and multi-zoned environment designed to support a variety of learning styles, individual educational and wellbeing needs, as well as developing student’s critical thinking and personal accountability.
Our students were proud to share the many ways they contribute to our wider community, including their ongoing fundraising for Macmillan and Dementia UK.
Mr Cooper then explained to the students his role as an MP and what it entails. He talked about his work on child poverty and his responsibility in shaping key legislation.
The Student Leadership Team described the visit as “inspiring”, “insightful” and a “great opportunity for all students to meet someone who is making a change in our local area.”

“Our students did a fantastic job leading the visit and this reflected how we encourage them to take responsibility for their progress every day.
“We’re only eight months into our time at the new Northwich campus, so it felt like the perfect moment to show Mr Cooper what we’ve been building here and how the school, students and families positively impact the community in Northwich.”
