Two National Directors honoured with global leadership awards

OneSchool Global is proud to announce that Julie Murray and Mary Baxter have been awarded Gold Winner status at the 2025 Noble Business Awards, recognised in the category of Outstanding Leadership in Education.

The Noble Awards celebrate exceptional leadership across industries committed to innovation, strategic excellence and transformative growth. Julie and Mary’s recognition places them among a distinguished cohort of global changemakers.

Julie Murray, National Director of Teaching and Learning – Primary, was honoured for her work in uniting 90 teachers across 31 campuses under a shared pedagogical vision. Her leadership has delivered national curriculum alignment, standardised assignment design, and a culture of collaboration that continues to strengthen classroom practice. Julie’s model of inclusive leadership has empowered educators to co-create reform, with over 240 teacher contributions shaping national delivery. Her integration of digital platforms and commitment to capability-building has modernised teaching and inspired a connected national team.

Mary Baxter, National Director of Teaching and Learning – Secondary, was recognised for leading a significant reformat OneSchool. She achieved full curriculum and assessment alignment across Years 7–10, introduced regional leadership structures, and elevated performance outcomes across all campuses. Her ‘belief before buy-in’ philosophy transformed resistance into ownership, creating a culture where teachers lead with conviction. Mary’s secondment to a global role in 2024, co-developing the OSG Accelerate program with the Franklin Covey Institute, further reflects her impact on international education.

Both leaders have redefined what national reform can look like when it is built on trust, clarity and shared purpose. Their work has not only strengthened OneSchool Global’s educational framework but has inspired a generation of educators to lead with empathy and excellence.
