From PE teacher to principal: Lee’s story

For Lee Sutton, campus principal at our Kenley campus, that mindset has shaped his entire career journey.

Starting as a PE teacher in Nottingham, Lee went on to work at one of the world’s top international schools in São Paulo, Brazil. Eventually, he brought his love for education and people-centred leadership to OneSchool Global, a place where high performance and heart go hand in hand.

Every new teacher starts with a two-day campus induction, followed by a 38-week programme including two days at our Teacher Academy.
