OneSchool Global Hindhead campus unveils its new Learning Centre
After five years of planning and anticipation, we are delighted to reveal the newly modernised Hindhead campus in the UK as part of our Campus Modernisation Program.
If you’re looking for a teaching job that’s more than just a job, where you feel supported, inspired, and part of something bigger, OneSchool Global could be the perfect fit.
At OneSchool Global, being part of a high-performing team isn’t just a buzzword, it’s one of our core strategic pillars. We believe great schools are built by great teams, and that’s why we’re always looking for passionate educators who bring a mindset of growth, collaboration and purpose.
For Lee Sutton, campus principal at our Kenley campus, that mindset has shaped his entire career journey.
Starting as a PE teacher in Nottingham, Lee went on to work at one of the world’s top international schools in São Paulo, Brazil. Eventually, he brought his love for education and people-centred leadership to OneSchool Global, a place where high performance and heart go hand in hand.
Lee was initially drawn to OneSchool Global by the small class sizes, personalised learning, and innovative approach to teaching. But what’s kept him here is the strong sense of community.
“It’s the support, the care, the shared commitment to doing things well. That’s what makes OneSchool Global special.”
Whether you’re just starting your teaching career or looking for your next meaningful move, OneSchool Global offers a unique opportunity to grow as a teacher and as a teammate.
To Lee, the definition is clear: “It’s not about being perfect. It’s about people who care, who support each other, and who want to get better every day.”
At the Kenley campus, high performance means daily team check-ins, open communication, and a welcoming, well-kept environment where everyone feels they belong and can give their best.
Lee believes that with the right support, feedback, and encouragement, anyone can develop a high-performing mindset.
“It’s not about doing everything at once, it’s about getting 1% better every day, together.”
At OneSchool Global, we support our teachers to grow in confidence, skill, and impact. Every new teacher starts with a two-day campus induction, followed by a 38-week programme including two days at our Teacher Academy. After that, there are 100+ hours of professional development each year to help every educator build a rewarding, future-ready career.
We’re building high-performing teaching teams across the globe and we’re looking for teachers who want to be part of something bigger. If you’re passionate about learning, people, and purpose, you’ll thrive here. Discover the joy of teaching.
