Student Leadership Teams

Our Student Leadership Teams (SLTs) are a group of senior students on every OSG campus who represent their peers, work closely with their Campus Principal and staff, and help shape life on campus.

At OneSchool Global, our mission is to make every student Life Ready. Our Student Leadership Teams (SLTs) are one of the clearest signs that it’s working. They are students who don’t just learn at school. They help lead it.

What is a Student Leadership Team?

Every OneSchool Global campus has a Student Leadership Team: a group of senior students who represent their peers, work closely with their Campus Principal and staff, and help shape life on campus.

These aren’t token roles. Our student leaders make real decisions, solve real problems and take responsibility for the results. They set the standard for what our best students look like in attitude, ambition, conduct and academic performance.

What do Student Leadership Teams do?

What do Student Leadership Teams do?

Represent student voice: Student leaders listen to their peers and make sure their views are heard. They bring ideas and concerns to campus leadership and help turn them into action.

Lead their peers, not just the school: Good leadership brings people along. Our SLTs earn the trust of the students sitting beside them in class, encourage everyone to take part, and share responsibility so others feel real ownership.

Work in partnership with staff: SLTs work with their Campus Principal and teachers, not just alongside them. They plan initiatives, give feedback and help keep standards high across the campus.

Shape campus culture and wellbeing: From assemblies and events to everyday interactions, student leaders set the tone. They help build a campus where students feel they belong, are engaged and want to do their best.

Building life-ready young people

Being on an SLT builds skills that last well beyond school: confidence, communication, judgement, accountability and the ability to balance competing priorities. It also strengthens learning. Our student leaders develop habits that support their academic focus rather than compete with it.

Most importantly, it shapes character as well as skills. Our student leaders leave school ready not just to work in adult environments, but to lead them.
