OSG Ashbrook welcomes new Campus Principal

Ashbrook is the newest OSG campus in the UK. Located in Coventry, Warwickshire, Ashbrook opened its doors to nearly 200 students in January 2026.

We are now delighted to welcome Mr. Paul Kilbride as Ashbrook’s new campus Principal.

Having started his career as a history teacher, Mr. Kilbride has spent the past 12 years as a head teacher at Old Swinford Hospital School, most recently leading the school’s transition to a co-educational school.

The transition saw the school grow from just under 600 students to over 1,000 students.

As he takes up his new role with OSG, Mr. Kilbride will also mark his 30th year in education.

Mr. Kilbride commented, “I’m very excited about joining OSG. The young people I’ve met here are very impressive, and I’m looking forward to getting to know each student and watching them flourish.

Fundamentally, education is about encouraging students to be the best versions of themselves.”

He has already made a highly positive impression on our school community, quickly building strong relationships with students, staff and families. Mr. Kilbride began his new position on 3 September 2026 as the new school term began.
