OneSchool Global UK is delighted to welcome Tom McDonagh as its new Director of Student Support.
With more than 20 years of experience in education, Tom joins OneSchool Global UK, having held senior leadership positions across both UK and international schools. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), wellbeing, and student support, helping schools create environments where every student can thrive.
Passionate about empowering both students and colleagues, Tom has dedicated his career to ensuring that all young people have access to the support they need to achieve their full potential.
In his new role, Tom will work closely with colleagues across OneSchool Global UK’s 23 campuses, supporting regional SENDCOs and campus teams while helping to further strengthen student support provision across the organisation.
Speaking about his appointment, Tom said:
“I am delighted to be joining OneSchool Global UK, having spent the last three years of my career in Shanghai and having worked for two international schools.
I have been focused on SEND throughout my career, from my early days as a teacher right through to leadership positions and to this day, creating inclusive education environments that ensure all students have the opportunity to fulfil their individual potential remains a passion of mine that I am excited to bring to OSG.”
His appointment reflects OneSchool Global UK’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional support for students, ensuring that every learner feels valued, included, and equipped to succeed.
