Cowra

Surrounded by the farmland of the Lachlan River, the Cowra campus provides an enthusiastic approach to learning to the Cowra and Young communities who strive for the opportunities that the Cowra campus provides. The single building school was built from scratch and opened in the second term of 2007, and catered for the Cowra community for 8 years, before extending its enthusiastic approach to include the Young community in 2015.

Equipped with a large play area, including equipment and a sand pit, the students wake up daily eager to learn and grow as the teachers bring fun and excitement to their education, bringing confidence and pleasure as they prepare to demonstrate their progress to all parents and friends at the end of each term.

“We are a caring school where students enjoy the experience but at the same time we set high expectations. We believe in creating a culture whereby students can learn to be successful, self-directed learners.”

Our Ethos

At our School, students are encouraged to develop their full potential and acquire the discipline of ‘learning how to learn’, while upholding fundamental Christian teachings and beliefs, especially those of purity, integrity and godliness. The truth and authority of the Holy Bible and strong family values underpin the commitment of the School to provide quality in every facet of education – curriculum, teachers, facilities, management and discipline – in a safe, secure and caring environment.
