“At the Armidale campus, our learning to learn approach transforms traditional teaching into an exciting journey of discovery. The versatile spaces, from our learning centre to specialised studios, empower both staff and students to find their optimal way of working. As a staff member, we access weekly professional learning which helps build our knowledge, our collegiality, and enables valuable and robust learning discussions and growth.”
Positioned along Dumaresq Creek in the elevated New England Tablelands of NSW, our Armidale campus is a two-acre property featuring a new multi-purpose hall and cutting-edge learning facilities. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short distance from Armidale’s centre, the campus serves 35 students and has 10 dedicated staff members.
The Campus is a modern building offering a spacious learning centre featuring multiple collaboration areas, as well as small quiet rooms for focused study. Our primary and secondary classrooms allow for physical breakout and independent work areas, along with dedicated Food Technology kitchen, textiles room, art studio, science laboratory, music room and Library. We also have a large playing field along with cover for all weather physical activity for students.
Our staff enjoy secure staff parking, their own work and lunchrooms, and a modern canteen.
Our Armidale campus fosters educational excellence and is a place where passionate teachers create transformational learning experiences. In our innovative spaces, educators find the perfect blend of professional freedom and collaborative support, while students are highly engaged and embrace opportunities for growth. This is a dynamic environment that inspires and challenges teachers and students alike.
High parent and community engagement and contribution gives us the opportunity to create a safe learning space for our students. Staff, students and parents contribute to ongoing programs aimed at continual improvement of campus culture, including relationships and the learning environment.
