  • Contribute to safeguarding, wellbeing and student support initiatives across the campus.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can build strong relationships and champion inclusive education.

You will ideally have:

  • National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or a willingness to work towards it.
  • Previous experience supporting students with SEND, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, communication needs and learning difficulties.
  • Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and current legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to analyse student data and implement effective interventions.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for improving outcomes for young people.
