Introducing OnePortal | Simplifying your access to student information and systems
OnePortal is your one-stop platform for accessing your child(ren)’s student information and systems. Instead of juggling multiple logins, passwords and platforms, OnePortal consolidates information from your regional Student Information System (BromCom (UK)/ PowerSchool (US)/ Engage EU) Canvas, and other systems into one application.
OnePortal will be launching to all Nothern Hemisphere parents across November and December 2024, and the platform will available via a mobile app and website.
Additional functionality like single sign on, will be launched later in 2025.

When we are ready to launch in your region, parents will receive an email to the address you use to access to your regional Student Information System (BromCom/PowerSchool/Engage).
This email will include a link to OnePortal, where you can use your email address to log in. As part of this process, you’ll be asked to allow access to the app via Streamline3 and set a password for OnePortal. For detailed steps on how to log in, please refer to our user guides:

FAQs
Please follow these four simple steps to access OnePortal.
1. Approve access via Streamline3: Go to the Streamline3 Admin Console at https://my.ubtsupport.com and login with your admin credentials. Navigate to ‘Account’ > ‘Mobile Apps’ Click "Add App". Search for Portal HQ and follow the prompts to add it. Refer to the Streamline3 user guide for more information.
2. Set your password: Visit the OnePortal login page for your region UK: www.oneportaluk.oneschoolglobal.com, NA: www.oneportalna.oneschoolglobal.com/ EU: www.oneportaleu.oneschoolglobal.com/, and click on the “Forgot your password?” button. Use the email address use to access your regional Student Information System to set a new password.
3. Login: Once your password is set, you can log into OnePortal at UK: www.oneportaluk.oneschoolglobal.com NA: www.oneportalna.oneschoolglobal.com EU: www.oneportaleu.oneschoolglobal.com
4. Download the app: To access OnePortal on the go, download the PortalHQ app from iTunes or Google Play. Login to OnePortal on your web browser, go to your profile and open the PortalHQ app. Tap “Scan QR Code,” display the QR code on your web browser by selecting “App QR code,” and scan it with your PortalHQ app. Refer to the Streamline3 Handbook for more information.
To login to OnePortal through the mobile app, you will need to use a QR code generated from the OnePortal website
Follow these steps to setup your OnePortal mobile app using the QR code:
- Download the PortalHQ app to yourphone
- Open OnePortal in a Web browser
- Login to OnePortal through the web browser and then go to your profile (top right corner).
- Open your OnePortal mobile app once installed and select the “Scan QR Code” button.
- From the web browser, select “App QR code” to display the QR code and then scan the code with your PortalHQ mobile app. Note that a QR code only lasts three minutes before you need to refresh and get a new one to scan.
- Your OnePortal mobile app will now be logged in.
