OneSchool Global Condobolin Campus Principal

OneSchool Global (OSG) is an independent 3-12 school. Our Condobolin Campus, with 42 students, is part of a network of OSG schools in NSW, Australia and 20 other countries across the globe.

Reporting to the Regional Principal (NSW) and supported by an experienced Executive Team with expert and high-level support in the areas of Curriculum, Administration, HR, Finance, ICT, Property and WHS, the Principal is a key member of the senior educational leadership team, providing educational and academic leadership to staff and students.

With responsibility for the day-to-day management and professional leadership of the Armidale Campus, the Principal will ensure curriculum delivery focusing on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school’s policies and programs and the provision of pastoral care.

Possessing previous leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant/Deputy Principal, campus leader or an equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning, the Principal will have a solid understanding of NESA curriculum requirements across Years 3-12 and experience building and managing positive working relationships with staff, students, and parents.

With an attractive remuneration package on offer, state of the art technology, proven academic performance and small class sizes, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educational leader, with an interest in modern teaching methods and technologies.
