Rochester

The campus is located on a quiet street just east of the City of Rochester and four miles south of Lake Ontario. Rochester is a beautiful city on Lake Ontario in New York state.

At the Rochester Campus, we have the space and flexibility for a variety of learning environments. The elementary students also have a library, a cafeteria with a ping pong table, and their Learning Center. Each secondary grade is stationed in a single classroom with a Zoom room system, where they sign onto classes. At pre-scheduled times, our students head to the physical Learning Center.

The Rochester Campus is fortunate enough to provide a secondary monitor to all students in grades 7 to 12, and numerous Zoom rooms to help facilitate distance learning. 

Rochester has excellent on-site facilities. We are lucky to have a full gymnasium and access to a large outdoor field for physical education classes. The elementary students can use a local playground for recess. Teachers have on-site parking, a lunchroom, and a staff room to work in. We also have an art room, a music room, and an auditorium to accommodate particular subjects.

The Rochester Campus is successful because of the strong relationship that has been fostered between the school and the local community.  Teachers know they can rely on parents to support student academics at home and at school. The community has worked hard to provide a beautiful school that is always being updated year after year with updated technology, safety measures, and comfort necessities.

At the Rochester Campus, our staff is truly like a family – we work together as a team, understanding and relying on each person’s strengths to be our collective best.  We enjoy the friendships and comradery we’ve established over the years. This feeling of teamwork and strong support systems extends into the relationship we have established with our families in the community as well.

Each staff member places a priority on making this a campus where everyone feels safe and welcome and where both teaching and learning are able to take place at a high level. Teachers are friendly and approachable and students work hard to reach their learning goals. Working at the Rochester Campus is an experience we’ve each come to know and love, and it doesn’t take long to feel right at home!
