Rideau Lakes

Rideau Lakes Campus is located halfway between Perth and Kingston in the quiet town of Elgin. It is on a peaceful street with many acres of land, surrounded by trees, with enough space to create many outdoor games and fun. Elgin is in the midst of Cottage Country in the Ottawa Valley, with plenty of peaceful, untouched lakes and forests.

Our students and teachers benefit from a progressive learning environment that integrates a digital classroom space within our campus structure. All our students have access to a personal laptop, allowing them to access digital resources during both The Lesson and The Study. Using Zoom and Canvas students are able to collaborate in lessons with peers across the continent.

The Rideau Lakes Campus is a bright, open, and inviting school environment. Spaces for students encourage flexible seating options, tailored to either independent, semi-collaborative, or collaborative tasks. Kitchen, lab, and gymnasium spaces extend learning outside the digital classroom allowing for the application of new skills.

Our school community benefits from the support and investment of parents and volunteers who give time and energy to school programs including hot lunch, skating and hockey, field trips, and seasonal presentation days.
