The Adelaide campus is a short trip south from Adelaide’s CBD. Located in the Adelaide Hills and close to the McLaren Vale wine region. Located on Park Ave in Aberfoyle Park, SA, our school sits on a spacious venue with a large Gym and Tech building located to the side of the campus.
OneSchool Global Adelaide Campus is a continually evolving learning environment which is designed to enhance the learning to learn framework. The first floor consists of the Primary classrooms. Each classroom is furnished with modern and flexible furniture with a high technology focus to upskill students for secondary. The second floor’s main feature is the large Learning Centre which is designed as an open environment to support autonomous and collaborative learning. We also have large classrooms including dedicated rooms for Science and Art. The school also has a large yard area which has a playground, 2 basketball courts, an indoor gym and a large grassed area.
In line with the future of education, our school has strong focus on technology and the infrastructure is designed to support the high demands of Virtual Learning. Each classroom is equipped with 2 large screens and a dedicated computer for the use of Zoom. We also have a strong focus on adaptive technology with electronics, 3D printers, CAD software and project-based studies.
The secret to our success is the relationships developed between the staff, students and parents – The Triangle of Trust. OneSchool Global Adelaide campus has a strong focus on developing these relationships and communication to enhance the students’ learning experience and support them from all angles. The campus being specifically designed to support our pedagogy of Student Directed Learning aids in this direction with modern learning spaces, up to date technology, and constantly seeking feedback from all stakeholders. The culture at our school is another key element for its success. Staff also feel valued as each member is encouraged to share their thoughts and opinions on what ways we can improve.
“We are a caring school where students enjoy the experience but at the same time we set high expectations.
We believe in creating a culture whereby students can learn to be successful, self-directed learners.”
At our School, students are encouraged to develop their full potential and acquire the discipline of ‘learning how to learn’, while upholding fundamental Christian teachings and beliefs, especially those of purity, integrity and godliness. The truth and authority of the Holy Bible and strong family values underpin the commitment of the School to provide quality in every facet of education – curriculum, teachers, facilities, management and discipline – in a safe, secure and caring environment.
